REFUND POLICY: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY: Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. Custom orders for molds, boxes and bars may require 3 to 4 weeks to complete the first order. The carrier that may be used at this time is: FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS: Out of state (Missouri) orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state (Missouri) orders will be charged 4.825% sales tax.
